Capacity: Our facilities are ideally suited to components upto 1m³ and 200kg.

Polyester Powder Coating: Polyester based powder coatings are designed for exterior environments, offering excellent light and weather resistance from a single coat finish on a variety of substrates.

Epoxy Powder Coating: Epoxy powder coatings are designed to give optimum mechanical performance and exceptional protective qualities on interior or protected fabrications and components where long term exposure to ultra violet light or exterior weathering is not anticipated.

Epoxy/Polyester Powder Coating: Epoxy/polyester hybrid powder coatings offer improved colour, UV-light and heat stability compared to epoxy powder coatings, whilst maintaining an optimum combination of decorative and protective qualities.

Zinc Primers: We offer a zinc rich powder coating primer designed to give enhanced corrosion protection for mild steel which can then be finished with a top coat.

Masking: We offer full masking service to customer specification. Masking can be used to cover flat or curved surface areas as well as threads, holes, mating surfaces and areas where electronic contact is required.

Aqueous Degreasing: We offer inhouse aqueous degreasing using a hermetically sealed Everest system with a 900mmØ x 600mm high wire basket.
